Another favorite: Brussel Sprout Salad with Lemon Puree, Green Grapes, and Apricot, finished with Lemon Foam
I don’t know why I keep calling a few dishes favorites, everything that I ate at The Bazaar yesterday was incredible. I guess I should say “dishes I would like to enjoy again”.
