Once you’re done with the savory courses at the Bazaar, you are then reseated at The Patisserie within the restaurant. With all the cotton candy pink and interesting decor, the room reminded me of an awesome fusion of Marie Antoinette and the tea party with the Mad Hatter.

Philly Cheese Steak with Air Bread, Liquid Cheddar, and Wagyu Beef
This is definitely not your ordinary cheese steak, the “bread” is thin and hollow, its more so a cracker than it is bread. The volume of the dish is dramatically different from a traditional Philly Cheese Steak but I guarantee you it’s worth it.

Another favorite: Brussel Sprout Salad with Lemon Puree, Green Grapes, and Apricot, finished with Lemon Foam
I don’t know why I keep calling a few dishes favorites, everything that I ate at The Bazaar yesterday was incredible. I guess I should say “dishes I would like to enjoy again”.

Braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks with Clementine and Oxtail Jus
p.s. I apologize for the quality, it was quite dark in the restaurant and I have terrible eye sight.

Last night, my brother and a few friends joined me for an amazing dinner at The Bazaar by Chef Jose Andres. The restaurant showcases traditional and modern takes on Spanish tapas dishes using farm fresh ingredients and molecular gastronomic techniques.
This was one of my favorite bites, the Cotton Candy Foie Gras.
More pictures to come!
